Windsor has changed a lot. The town was platted in 1882 and named for Reverend Samuel Asa Windsor, but much of today’s housing went up in the last twenty years. That means Windsor has two kinds of decks: older wood decks near downtown and Main Park that have seen decades of weather, and newer decks in places like Water Valley and RainDance that are just reaching the age when stain fails and boards start to go.
